Successful SalesForce implementation in 24 countries

We recently completed an ambitious project for our client to replace QuicBase with SalesForce in 24 countries. This 3-year project, which started in 2021, involved more than 1,200 users and significantly improved the company's CRM capabilities.

The goal of the project was to move the client away from the expensive and outdated QuickBase to a modern, trendier and more cost-effective platform. SalesForce is a market-leading CRM solution with many benefits, including:

  • Single integrated system: The client previously used many different solutions in each country, which made data management and reporting complicated. With the introduction of SalesForce, the company received a unified system that improves transparency and efficiency.
  • Modern user interface: SalesForce has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface that makes it easy for users to find the information they need and complete tasks. This significantly reduced training time and user support needs.
  • Cost Effectiveness: SalesForce is available in a subscription model, which means predictable costs for the customer. In addition, the platform offers many built-in features that reduce the need for custom development.

The rollout was not without its challenges. The biggest challenge was to create a unified system to support  global operations, taking into account the different business processes and legal requirements in different countries. Additionally, users had to adapt to the transition from QuicBase to SalesForce.

Despite the challenges, the SalesForce implementation was successful. You can see in the tickets that the number of error messages has decreased significantly since the introduction of SalesForce. User feedback is also positive, many praise the platform’s ease of use and functionality.

At the request of our client, SalesCloud was introduced, which contains the basic CRM platform, it was supplemented with two licenses: Health Cloud and the Rebate module, which are mainly used by users on a daily basis. For example, the Rebate module is used to track annual purchases and calculate unique discounts for customers.

Overall, the implementation of SalesForce represents a significant step forward for our client in the field of CRM. The platform improves efficiency, cost-effectiveness and user experience and helps  grow in the future.
